Ophthalmologists – Physicians (eye MD’s) who specialize in diagnosis and treatment of refractive, medical and surgical problems related to the eye.
Optometrists- Vision care specialists; Doctor of Optometry (OD). Specialize in vision problems, treating vision conditions with glasses, contacts, low vision aids and vision therapy.

      support organization for The Foundation Fighting Blindness which combines 
      the strength of The Foundation’s research mission to find treatments and
