 Maine AIRS SCA Receiver Application

The Maine Audio Information and Reading Service, a program of The Iris Network, broadcasts news and information about your local community.  To listen to Maine AIRS, you need an SCA Second Channel Audio receiver. Maine AIRS is also available on the Internet at www.theiris.org.  

A suggested donation for SCA receivers is $50. They will be loaned to those who cannot afford this cost.  Thank you for your interest in Maine AIRS. 

By signing this loan application, I agree to the following: 

1. I am applying for a receiver to be used to hear Maine AIRS programming on the Maine Public Radio SCA channel. The Iris Network will provide a receiver. 

2. I understand that I am borrowing this receiver from The Iris Network. It will be my responsibility to care for this receiver, and return the receiver to The Iris Network when I no longer need it. 

3. If the receiver is lost, stolen or damaged, I will immediately report this to Maine AIRS. 

4. I will notify Maine AIRS immediately if I move or change telephone numbers.
