Chandler is Principal at CEI Ventures, a Community Development Venture Capital firm located in Portland, Maine. CEI Ventures is a wholly owned subsidiary of the non-profit, CEI, a national Community Development Finance Institution (CFDI) and Community Development Corporation (CDC). Founded in 1977, CEI and its subsidiaries create economically and environmentally healthy communities in which all people, especially those with low incomes, can reach their full potential. Prior to CEI Ventures, Chandler worked for the financial services firm, Living Wealth Partners, located in Portland, Maine. Chandler has a BA from Saint Michael’s College and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
Chandler’s first introduction to The Iris Network was through his grandmother who has been diagnosed with macular degeneration. He first offered to volunteer for The Iris Network Golf Tournament Committee and then joined the Board of Directors in September 2011.
