Adam is a cornea specialist at Eyecare Medical Group in Portland, Maine. He specializes in medical and surgical correction of corneal diseases, including corneal transplant surgery.

He received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed four years of residency training at the Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, where he also served as Chief Resident during his final year. He then pursued his corneal training at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and certified by and a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology as well as a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).

Adam and his wife are both natives of New Hampshire and were eager to return to New England upon completion of his medical training. They currently reside in South Portland with their two young daughters.

Adam is also an active member of the Claddagh Mhor Pipe Band. He learned the Highland Bagpipe during his undergraduate studies at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. The band regularly plays for local events and holidays, and competes at festivals around New England.
