through a program of the Department
of Health and Human Services and
Western Maine Transportation
Services, Inc., you may be eligible
for free transportation.
Individuals who are deaf or hearing
impaired, who are blind or visually
impaired or who have a chronic
physical disability are eligible for
free transportation services. Even
if you do not qualify for Mainecare
you may be eligible for this
program.
Please fill out the enclosed
application and mail it back as soon
as possible to start receiving free
transportation with Western Maine
Transportation Services on a bus or
with a volunteer driver.

the month at The River’s Edge Restaurant in Madison. The
River’s Edge address is 18 Main St. and the phone number is
696-3326. The meeting in upstairs and there is a ramp on the
right side of the building if this is more convenient than
the stairs inside. The meeting is from 11:00 to 1:00. We
have lunch together and talk. Please RSVP to Pat Monahan @

Meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 10:30
